Working hours:
- Day shifts: 8am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday.
- Or Night shifts available: from 8pm – 5am (Optional)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Miller to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring components meet exacting specifications. This is an on-site, full-time role based at our Poulton-Le-Fylde facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Turner (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with N.C programming.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in machining or manufacturing (preferred).
